The other day I visited a local factory, a factory that has been making iron frying pans with great enthusiasm since 1951. Nowadays, frying pans with various treatments are in popular, but this factory has stuck to iron for a long time. Japanese companies dealing with cooking utensils like this have been moving their factories to China and other countries for the reason that they are cheaper. However, I sympathize with their persistence and want to support them! I wish such a small but hard-working company would be recognized in the world today.
